Frangeilico Float

Ingredients:
1 cup Ice-cream 1 1/4 oz Frangelico 1 oz Creme de Cacao 1/4 cup Milk 1 oz Chocolate syrup

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve in a highball glass and garnish with whipped cream.
