Sparkling wine is a good option. Since it’s fizzy, you end up drinking less.

I AM NOW DRINKING VODKA WHICH IS ABOUT 52 CALORIES PER SHOT AS IS MOST SPIRITS, BUT I LOVE IT WITH RED BULL AND THEY NOW DO A DIET REDBULL WHICH HAS 0.01 CALORIES IN SO I HAVE A DOUBLE VODKA AND REDBULL WHICH IS JUST 104 CALORIES PER DRINK, THEY ALSO DO A DIET REDBULL WITH CRANBERRY WHICH IS GORGEOUS, STICK TO ABOUT 5 OR 6 ONCE A WEEK AND THAT AND TO BAD.HOPE THIS HELPS BYE BABE.

The lightest beers have as low as 72 calories and the lightest of hard alcohol is vodka with about the same calories per shot, I would recomend not eating very much before hand so you get the buzz faster this will allow you to get drunk on fewer drinks thus lowering your calorie intake, but be sure to drink lots of water.

Anything bland… sorry to tell you, the blander the better when it comes to calorie-counting… :( Your best bet would just to do shots that taste good, that way you’d be drinking less but still getting the alcohol. Try a mixed “oatmeal cookie” or “Mounds bar” sometime… those are fairly sweet.

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple packed in juice
8 coconut milk ice cubes or 3/4 C. cold coconut milk
3/4 C. vanilla yogurt

Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree to the desired consistency.

Serve cold.

Pina Colada
Famous Restaurant Drink Recipe
Preparation time: 2 minutes. Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces light rum
3 ounces pineapple juice
3 ounces coconut cream
Pineapple wedge
Maraschino cherry
Ice, crushed

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into your blender with ice and blend well
Pour into a Hurricane glass or specialty glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry
