Mojito Recipe Ingredients

• 3 Mint sprigs
• 3 tbs Lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz light rum
• 2 tsp sugar
• club soda

Mojito Recipe Instructions

Muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar in a cocktail glass. Add crushed ice and rum. Add a splash of club soda and stir well. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with a straw.

Pour vodka into a mixer/glass half-filled with ice cubes. Add the triple sec, schnapps and pink lemonade. Stir and pour into a highball glass.

2 tsp Sugar

3 (Sprig) Mint

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lemon juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lemon slice and the remaining mint, and serve.
