• 1 shot Absolut Citron
• 1 slice Lemon
• 1 tsp Sugar

Lemon Drop Recipe Instructions

Place sugar on lemon, place in mouth and take shot, then bite down on lemon -enjoy sweet/tart flavor as vodka goes down! Yum!

Alaska Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse

2 dashes Ice

2 dashes Orange Bitters

1 twist Lemon Peel

Alaska Cocktail Directions

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain contents into a cocktail glass. Drop in a twist of lemon and serve.

Ingredients

2 oz Bourbon

1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Pendennis Directions

Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass. Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Partymeister Recipe

Ingredients

2 cl Coconut Rum

2 cl Gin

Lime Juice

5 drops Lemonade

Partymeister Directions

Pour gin into a collins glass. Add malibu rum, and top with rose’s lime juice (to taste). Fill with lemonade, add ice and serve with a straw.

Party Starter Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Cointreau

3 oz Lemon Juice

3 oz Lime Juice

5 drops Bitters

Party Starter Directions

Pour the Cointreau, lemon juice, lime juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Old Fashioned (Sweet) Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Bourbon

1/2 oz Lemon Juice

6 oz 7-Up

6 drops Angostura Bitters

Old Fashioned (Sweet) Directions

Pour bourbon over ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass. Add the bitters, soda and juice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lemon twist.

Mochito Recipe

Ingredients

1/8 liter Dark Rum

3 cl Lemon Juice

1/2 handful Mint

1/8 liter Club Soda

8 drops Angostura Bitters

Mochito Directions

Place mint leaves with lemon juice in a collins glass, and mash the mint with a spoon. Add ice, rum and fill up with club soda. Top with angostura bitters, and serve.

Miss Pastore Recipe

Ingredients

3 oz Vodka

1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice

5 oz Orange Juice

2 drops Angostura Bitters

2/3 oz Campari Bitters

1 tbsp Superfine Sugar

Miss Pastore Directions

Pour the Absolut vodka, Campari bitters, Angostura bitters, orange juice, superfine sugar and lemon juice into a highball glass rimmed with sugar and lemon. Stir vigorously, and serve.

Midnight Liaison Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Blue Curacao

1 oz Parfait Amour

4 oz Lemonade

1 dash Grenadine

Midnight Liaison Directions

Pour the blue curacao, parfait amour and lastly the lemonade into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Drop in the grenadine at the side of the glass so that it sinks to the bottom, and serve.
